    • Payment: Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of checkout to secure your place in our production queue.
    • Combined Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will typically wait to ship the entire order together once all items are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
    • Cancellations: Once a pre-order has entered the production phase, it may not be eligible for cancellation. Please reach out to us immediately if you have concerns about your order status.
